Heather carries over 30 years of experience as a Notary Public. With an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies, Heather's decade long career as a Paralegal exposed her to an array of legal documents and proceedings. As a Paralegal, she worked in the areas of asbestos litigation, Longshore Workers' Compensation, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, criminal defense, business and contract law, divorce, and real estate.  In addition to drafting legal documents and briefs, she served as the Notary on affidavits, depositions, divorce decrees, title transfers, business contracts/agreements, adoption and passport applications,

and many other legal documents.

Heather also worked in the area of Estate Planning. She

drafted Will and Trust packages and participated in signing appointments as witness and Notary on Wills, Trusts,

Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Medical Directives,

experience that is unparalleled as a Mobile Notary.
